From Monday, April the 3rd 2017, in order to improve the technical support service we implemented a ticketing system related to the PRECISION FARMING components.
To all technical support requests will be assigned a ticket number that will allow us to trace any communication and better manage each request.
All requests must be sent to "support@aragnet.com". The system will automatically send a confirmation ticket number at the receipt of the request.
